The TPS2H160BQPWPRQ1 family is a fully-protected dual-channel smart high-side switch, withintegrated 160-mΩ NMOS power FETs.


Full diagnostics and high-accuracy current-sense features enable intelligent control ofthe load.
An external adjustable current limit improves reliability of the whole system by limitingthe inrush or overload current.
