Full diagnostics and high-accuracy current-sense features enable intelligent control of the load. The adjustable current-limit function greatly improves the reliability of whole system.

The TPS2H000-Q1 family is a fully protected dualchannel smart high-side switch, with integrated 1000 mΩ NMOS power FETs.Full diagnostics and high-accuracy current-sense features enable intelligent control of the load. An external adjustable current limit improves reliability of the whole system by limiting the inrush or overload current.
